I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms had everything I needed, including a balcony with views over Apple Valley, making it great for business travelers. It was a step up from other hotels in the chain, impressing me compared to a Holiday Inn. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who even opened the kitchen early for breakfast. The location was super convenient for both outlet shopping and visiting attractions in Pigeon Forge, nestled between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. The dining surpassed typical hotel breakfast choices, offering a variety that exceeded my expectations. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even better.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly nice, especially when compared to other hotels in this chain like Holiday Inn. They were so clean and spacious, with a sitting area, fireplace, and a large jetted tub. The service was top-notch, very courteous, friendly, and always helpful. The location was perfect for all the shows and activities we wanted to see, and it was great for shopping and visiting attractions in Pigeon Forge. The dining experience was fantastic, with a delicious breakfast that exceeded the norm. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The hotel is between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, on how nice it was being so close to apple barn. It's conveniently located at a signal light allowing easy access to the main road and is close to everything we did.
